PET Handling

Principle

The Ling Systems PET bottle conveyor works by using low pressure, high volume air jets to propel the bottles along on specially developed, hard wearing, low friction plastic guide rails, which support the bottles by their neck ring flanges. The air pressure is generated by small centrifugal fan units which blow air into a small rectangular duct that has louvres punched in its top and side faces.
